Cumulus Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 16 695 377 229), Credit Representative Number 577081, is authorised under Australian Credit Licence Number 389328 held by Connective Broker Services Pty Ltd (ABN 77 161 731 111). We provide credit assistance services by helping you find and apply for suitable finance products from our panel of lenders. We are not a lender.

As your credit broker, we will:

• Assess your finance needs and circumstances
• Search our panel of lenders for suitable products
• Provide you with information about available options
• Assist you with the application process
• Submit applications to lenders on your behalf

We may receive commissions from lenders when your loan settles. These commissions do not affect the interest rate or fees you pay. We may also charge application or service fees, which will be disclosed to you before you proceed with an application.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Inform us of any changes to your circumstances
• Review all documents carefully before signing
• Meet your loan obligations if approved
• Seek independent advice if needed

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to lender assessment and credit criteria. We cannot guarantee any specific interest rate, loan amount, or terms.

By applying for finance through us, you authorize us and our lenders to conduct credit checks and obtain credit reports from credit reporting agencies. These checks may be recorded on your credit file.

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us at complaints@cumuluscapital.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and provide a written response within 30 days.
